Application Process

 

Please fill in the form Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching and send the form, preferably, with a CV to departmental Erasmus coordinator at YTU: http://www.erasmus.yildiz.edu.tr/page/Erasmus--Studies-Europe/Departmental-Coordinators/467

After you contact the relevant departmental coordinator and you decide on the content and date of the planned programme, please send the scanned copy of the teaching agreement with the signature of the sending institution and yourself.

After the departmental coordinator at YTU signs the form for the receiving institution, please send the completed form by email to incoming@yildiz.edu.tr.

Upon receiving the completed form, Erasmus office prepares your invitation letter.
